The outlet of an artist is one that frees their mind. It holds us, helps us keeps us close and helps us from a blind. The outlets of others plague me, They haunt me in my dreams. Alcohol and cigarettes, screaming and the blame. Pass it on and then its gone does it make it go away? I fear to cry for the pain it brings so instead I sit and write. While the war is waged above my head I sit and quietly wait. Music loud, pen in hand. What will be the fate?
